My Journey

I started my healing journey as a nurse in intensive care, where I saw up close how deeply stress affects both body and mind. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the weight of it all led me to yoga — first for myself, then as a path to guide others.

I trained in India, immersing myself in the ancient wisdom of Kundalini and Kriya Yoga — powerful systems that awaken our life force and clear emotional blocks through breath, movement, mudra, and mantra.

Now, alongside yoga, I offer hypnotherapy sessions (and am currently training in past life regression) to help others go even deeper — gently shifting patterns and reconnecting to their inner truth.

My approach blends clinical insight, energetic awareness, and soul connection. It’s not about performance — it’s about presence.

    Start to clear emotional heaviness and come back home to yourself.
    This gentle yet deep path supports emotional release and inner realignment using EMO, intuitive hypnotherapy and somatic awareness.

    3 x 75-min sessions
    • Journaling or grounding audio
    • WhatsApp support between sessions

  • Deep Inner Work

    A sacred container to explore old patterns, shift inner narratives and meet your truth.
    We blend clinical hypnotherapy, energy work, and intuitive exploration to help you step into a clearer version of yourself.

    Includes:
    • 5 x 75–90 min sessions
    • Integration tools (audio, journaling, affirmations)
    • Optional past life session
    • Ongoing support

  • Mind, Body & Soul

    A full transformational path for deep healing and embodiment.
    We work through the layers: subconscious, energetic, emotional and physical.
    The final session includes personalised yoga, breathwork or meditation to anchor everything into your body.
